By BIKE

    • The CoGo network spans 300+ bicycles and 30 stations located throughout downtown Columbus.  Available for use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with unlimited 30 minute trips.

    • Inspired by rickshaws, pedicabs offer a swift, breezy ride on a bike taxi. In operation most every night of the week. Located throughout downtown Columbus.

By BUS

  1. Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA): 614.228.1776
    • Cost: One-way fares as low as $2; day passes as low as $4.50
    • Visit maps.google.com, and select the transit icon for COTA route options.
    • Provides bus services for a fee throughout Franklin County, and parts of Delaware, Fairfield, Licking and Union Counties.
  2. CBUS: Operated by COTA: 614.228.1776
    • Cost: FREE
    • CBUS is a FREE downtown Columbus circulator running every 10-15 minutes from the Short North Arts District to the Brewery District.
  3. COTA AirConnect: 614.228.1776
    • Cost: $2.75 each way
    • AirConnect, a new circulator route beginning in May, running to/from Port Columbus and downtown Columbus. Stops will be made at the Greater Columbus Convention Center and many of the downtown hotels.

By CAR

    • Cost: $0.41/minute (plus tax)
    • Provides on-demand access to a network of 300 Smart cars serving Easton Town Center, Downtown, The Ohio State University and to/from Port Columbus International Airport via The Parking Spot.
    • Car2go members can take one-way trips to their final destination, and park in any legal parking spot within the Home area for a low, affordable ate with parking, fuel and insurance included. Sign up online before you arrive, or visit the local office for same-day access.
  2. Uber

    • Cost: average fare from Port Columbus to downtown is $10-14 on uberX
    • Uber is the smartest way to get around. One tap and a car comes directly to you. Your driver knows exactly where to go. And payment is completely cashless.

  3. Lyft
    • Apps: iPhone + Android Phone
    • Lyft drivers use their own cars – with a pink mustache placed on the grill – to pick up passengers. Fares are based on time and distance and referred to as “donation.”
    • Passengers pay through the app and are free to increase or decrease the requested payment.

    • Cost: Average fare from Port Columbus to downtown is $22
    • There are more than 535 taxicabs available in Columbus, the largest company being Yellow Cab Columbus. Cabs are available from Port Columbus International Airport.

  6. Car Rental Service
    • Cost: Average rental rate is $30-45 per day
